Negotiation is an art form - knowing what to say, when to say, how to say, and knowing when to remain silent.




Negotiation is impossible without knowledge. 


"Knowledge" requires consideration given to: previous sales data, current market values, the condition of the property,  location, features, number of days on the market, etc., and if obtainable, the Seller's motivation to sell.

To be successful in your purchase,  you must be congnizant of "present" market conditions.  Your offer is always based upon what exists today, as opposed to the price, terms, and conditions of a year ago.
